  Communication throughout was great. We have a leather sofa on which our senior dog sleeps, sadly had far too many accidents and the odours were overpowering, we tried cleaning ourselves but were unsuccessful. Lee got the job done very swiftly and efficiently. The cleaning products used have the most amazing scent! The sofa never smelt better! Wish entire house smelt the same, it is so lovely. Would recommend.
